Articulating Grout Mat

Dual layer, tendon reinforced cellular container that is fabricated to site-specific requirements. The mats are injected with a concrete mix designed to fill the mat. The result is a high-strength protection that is flexible and conforms to the natural creek bottom and water current action. Designed to compensate for years of future bottom and side slope degradation.

Flexible Concrete Revetment Wall

Er-Con Technologies’ Flexible Concrete Revetment (FCR) Systems (Patent No. 4,486,121) serve as uniquely engineered and designed erosion control and soil stabilization systems. The installed cost of a system is normally less than that of conventional techniques. Because these systems are designed to vent hydrostatic pressure and flex under loads that would cause rigid structures to fail, the Er-Con Technologies’ approach provides a more permanent solution. Er-Con Technologies has completed revetment projects on a wide variety of commercial, governmental and residential property applications. Palisade Erosion Control System

Er-Con’s patented Palisade™ System is designed to stabilize a specific portion of an eroding riverbank. This river training system gently influences the flow and migration of rivers in order to protect encroachment on pipelines, railroads or other assets. Er-Con’s Palisade™ system has the ability to protect any length of riverbank from further migration. The primary goal of the Palisade™ System is to protect the client’s asset. However, installation of the system has clear environmental advantages as well:  Induces Natural Fluvial Processes  Re-creates Riparian Habitats  Enhances Aquatic Habitats

Pipe Clamps and Supports

Pipe support is a cost-effective support where conventional repairs are impractical. They provide emergency support while repair assessments take place or R.O.W subsidence threatens the pipeline integrity. Our standard clamps are designed for normal loads, while our high strength clamps have been designed for greater stresses. They are "Diver Friendly" for installation in deep streams or rivers.
